“75 percent of problems are related to over pouring & draft-system related issues”
BEER FLOW SOLUTIONS
How it works?
As you can see from the illustration, the Flux unit is
fitted around the beer line. A control box sends a series
of signals down to the unit attached just above the
broach head. This generates a complex magnetic
field that the beer passes through as it leaves
What it does?
Our system simply delays the furring up process within the beer
line – it does not stop it. However, you will with quality line cleaning,
using a brewery recommended cleaner, achieve a three week cycle
Extra sales are achieved by cleaning on a three week cycle and naturally
selling the beer that is normally wasted – Surely Makes Sense!! This translates to selling
the extra beer for at least 35 weeks, although some pubs opt for longer in their cycles,
we strongly recommend a three week period to ensure that the beer quality is maintained.
Basically by delaying deposits, line cleaning becomes much easier, and furthermore, will soften, and over a short time break up any old stubborn bio-film. This improves the internal surface of the line giving a better chance to deliver the beer in the condition it left the keg.
Draft beer systems when poured and maintained properly can provide great profit for all types of hospitality businesses. However, it can also have the complete opposite effect. Our systems help reduce line cleaning costs and wastage, reduce electricty costs in the cellar and provide innovative alternatives to the big and cumbersome traditional keg operations.
Our Flux+ solution is a regular dedicated beer line cleaning service. We save bars, pubs, clubs, social clubs, sports clubs, hotels, restaurants and more many thousands of pounds and begin the service upon the initial installation of our Flux beer line cleaning technology. After the installation of the Flux units, we carry out an extensive "Bottoming Out" clean of all the existing beer lines. We then return seven (7) more times over the next 90 days to clean the lines on a gradually reducing frequency. At the end of the 90 day period, we then only need to clean your lines every 28 days. The service is guaranteed to save you money, reduce your wastage and improve the quality of all your draft products.

One of the most expensive costs in running your
cellar is your cooler. In simple terms, Nitro, using
ambient air from outside, will cut your energy costs
by at least 50%, giving average electricity savings
of £1200 – £1800 per year.
BBC weather forecasts indicate that for around
60% of the year outside temperature is 10ºC or
less. The Airflow system, with an outdoor probe
sensing this temperature, brings in the ambient air
from outside, maintaining the cellar temperature
between 10ºC and 12ºC. Therefore, your cellar
cooling thermostat, sensing the temperature is
correct, does not come on. However, it is important
to note that the internal fans continue to run as
normal using only 200 watts and not 4-9kw.
A general consensus indicated coolers operate
around 11 hours per 24 hours.
After rigorous trials our product is now being rolled out by major groups, individual pubs, hotels and clubs. The main benefits include:
Energy cost saving for your cellar cooler, saving an average £1,500 per year.
Compressor noise is greatly reduced in built up areas with no need to switch off your cooler, the Airflow system will continue to maintain correct cellar temperature.
With running times greatly reduced, this gives a high probability of extending the life of your cooler and dramatically reduces expensive call outs.
A significant reduction in carbon emissions.
Airflow is guaranteed for 12 months. Thereafter a maintenance service contract is offered.
