Elemental was set up in 2015, as a London based beverage inventory consultancy company. Since then, it has evolved to offering many other solutions to enhance profitability for our clients across the EU. Its founders’ goal was to provide innovative and logical solutions to their clients, some of which have never been seen before.

Initially starting out servicing the Hospitality industry, we now offer cost effective and eco friendly solutions to an ever broadening range of industries both through the implementation of our Strategic Partners products and through our own extensive Management Consulting services.
Damian founded Elemental in 2015 after noticing the unbelievable level of wastage that exists in the Hospitality Industry.
With a background in Marketing and Business Development, Damian decided to expand to other industries where wastage, particularly water, is even more extensive.
With an education background in Accounting and Wine, Will has over 16 years of experience in the Hospitality and Liquor industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Having operated his own business as well as working for large and small companies, Will is well equiped to advise on the difficulties faced in the Hospitality industry.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in Management Accounting and Inventory and Systems controls.
An IT Business Analyst at Toshiba for over 10 years, Mark has an indepth knowledge of all till and back office systems in the Hospitality Industry. Mark has also advised many clients on best practice in terms of inventory management controls.
